COMMON REGISTRATION ISSUES AND FIXES
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| "Mobile number already registered" | You or someone else already created an account with this number | Try to log in using this number. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login page. If someone else registered your number by mistake, contact support at [email protected] with your National ID photo as proof of ownership. |
| "Invalid mobile number format" | Number does not match Bangladesh format | Enter exactly 11 digits starting with 01. Do not include spaces, dashes or country code. Example: 01712345678. If you are outside Bangladesh, you must use a Bangladesh mobile number to register. |
| "Passwords do not match" | Typo in password confirmation field | Check both password fields carefully. Turn on "Show Password" in your browser if available. Copy-paste is not recommended as it can include extra spaces. Type the password manually in both fields. |
| "Referral code not found" | Code is incorrect, expired, or already used | Double-check the code with your friend who sent it. Codes are case-sensitive. If the code expired (30 days after generation), ask your friend to generate a new one from their Referral page. You can register without a code and still get the welcome bonus. |
| Registration button does nothing when clicked | JavaScript error or slow connection | Refresh the page and try again. Make sure you checked the Terms agreement box. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet). Clear your browser cache. If on mobile data, switch to WiFi or move to an area with better signal. |
If you still cannot register after trying these solutions, contact our 24/7 live chat support from the homepage. Our team can create your account manually and help you log in within 10 minutes. Provide your mobile number and a government ID photo for verification.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I register if I am under 18 years old?
No. Bangladesh gaming law requires all players to be 18 or older. We verify your age with your National ID card when you request your first withdrawal. If you provide false information about your age, your account will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited. Parents should monitor their children's device usage and enable parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling sites. If you suspect someone under 18 is using our platform, report it to [email protected] immediately.
Do I need to verify my email address to play?
No email address is required to register or play on 997bat. We use your mobile number as your username and for all account communications. You can start depositing and betting immediately after registration. Email verification is optional and only useful if you want to receive bonus newsletters and promotional offers. You can add an email address later from your account settings page if you choose to.
What if I forget my password right after registering?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password" below the login button. Enter your registered mobile number. We will send a verification code via SMS to that number within 60 seconds. Enter the code on the next screen and create a new password. The entire password reset process takes under 3 minutes. If you do not receive the SMS code, check your phone's spam or blocked messages folder, or contact live chat support with your mobile number.
Can I create multiple accounts with different phone numbers?
No. Our terms and conditions allow only one account per person. We use device fingerprinting and IP tracking to detect duplicate accounts. If we find you operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and funds frozen. This rule exists to prevent bonus abuse and maintain fair play for all members. Each household should have maximum one account. If family members want separate accounts, contact support with ID proof for all persons to request an exception.
Why can't I use international mobile numbers from other countries?
997bat is licensed to operate in Bangladesh only. Our payment partners (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) require Bangladesh mobile numbers for deposits and withdrawals. We cannot process transactions to or from foreign bank accounts or mobile wallets. If you are a Bangladesh citizen living abroad temporarily, you can still register using your Bangladesh mobile number as long as you have access to that number for SMS verification codes. Use a VPN if our site is blocked in your current location.
How long does it take to register and start playing?
Registration itself takes under 90 seconds to complete. Once you submit the form, your account is active immediately and you are logged in automatically. You can browse games right away. To play for real money, you need to deposit funds which takes an additional 4 minutes (the time for bKash or Nagad payment confirmation to reach our system). From opening the registration page to placing your first bet is typically 6 minutes total. There is no waiting period, no email verification delay, and no manual approval required.
